The Opportunity
We are working in partnership with a highly regarded Yorkshire law firm to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE (flexible). This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative residential conveyancing team known for its strong client focus, technical quality, and use of modern working practices.
You’ll manage your own caseload with autonomy, receive support from an experienced team, and enjoy genuine flexibility and professional development opportunities.
Salary & Benefits

The Role
You’ll join a well-established CQS-accredited residential property team and work with a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors

Providing clear, timely legal advice and progressing matters from instruction to completion

Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team learning

Maintaining up-to-date records and case management systems

Actively contributing to business development and client care initiatives
What We're Looking For

A qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (PQE flexible)

Able to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision

Technically proficient and confident using legal IT systems (full training on in-house systems provided)

Team player with strong client care skills and commercial awareness

Keen to contribute to marketing, networking and business development activity
Location
Hybrid working is supported, though a consistent in-office presence is required for team collaboration and client service.
