Construction Law Partner

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £120,000 - £160,000 per annum (DOE)

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Law Partner to join our client, a nationally recognised firm. This is a unique chance to lead and expand a thriving Construction practice, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters for high-profile clients across the UK.

The Role

As a Construction Law Partner, you will:

• Lead high-value construction litigation cases, employing strategic dispute resolution methods.
• Advise clients on contract drafting and negotiation, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements.
• Develop client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow the practice and increase market share.
• Oversee a team of construction lawyers, mentoring and fostering their professional development.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth, leveraging innovation and legal technology.

About You

• 10+ years PQE in construction law, with a strong track record in both litigation and advisory work.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally at Partnership level.
• Extensive knowledge of UK construction regulations and contract law.
• Proven ability to generate business and drive practice growth.
• A client-focused, strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
