Position: Privacy Lawyer (IT, Data Protection, GDPR)
2–5+ Years PQE
Location: London – Hybrid Working
Salary Banding: £80,000 – £100,000 + Benefits

A leading London law firm is growing its Commercial and Data practice and is looking to connect with Privacy Lawyers ready for a new challenge.

If you have experience advising on GDPR, data protection, IT and ePrivacy (including cookies), this is an opportunity to join a supportive, agile team doing high-quality work with ambitious clients.

What you'll do:

• Advise on UK GDPR, DPA 2018, PECR, and international data frameworks

• Draft and review privacy policies, DPIAs, data processing agreements and cookie notices

• Support on data breaches, audits, and compliance projects

• Act for clients across tech, finance, retail, and healthcare

• Collaborate with wider Commercial, IP and Tech teams

What we're looking for:

• 2–5+ years PQE in privacy, data protection, or IT law

• In-house or private practice background – both welcome

• Strong drafting skills and commercial mindset

• Interest in staying on top of regulatory updates

• A clear, confident communicator
