Job Title: Employment Solicitor
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are supporting a well-established and growing law firm in Chelmsford, Essex, looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable legal professional to grow their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with referrers and clients, instilling confidence and trust.
• Providing expert advice to individual clients, solving their employment law challenges and securing the best legal outcomes.
• Assisting businesses, from start-ups to larger SMEs, with day-to-day employment and HR issues, ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date documentation.
• Achieving monthly targets and KPIs in collaboration with the team.
• Supporting the growth of the firm by contributing to business development initiatives and attracting new clients.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE and a solid knowledge of Employment Law.
• Exceptional communication skills – confident, articulate, and client-focused.
• A strong sense of professionalism, ethical standards, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
• A motivated team player with a desire to develop your legal career and progress within the firm.
