Position: Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ Years PQE)
Location: Leeds, Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
