Our client looking for a talented and driven Employment Solicitor to join their established and supportive legal team. Based in Knaresborough – with flexible working options across our wider network of offices – this is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters, advising both employer and employee clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of employment law matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and employment tribunals

  • Advising clients across a wide range of sectors, both employers and employees

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

  • Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Working closely with the wider team on cross-departmental matters

 

What Our Client is Looking For:

  • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with Employment Law experience. 

  • Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and case law

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • A proactive, professional, and confident approach

  • Experience in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
