Business Recovery & Insolvency Solicitor – Yorkshire (York, Leeds or Sheffield)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits

With modern offices in York, Leeds, and Sheffield, the firm is continuing to expand across key departments, including its specialist Business Recovery & Insolvency team.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Recovery & Insolvency Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. You’ll act for a wide range of clients including insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, and directors.

Your work will include:

• Advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters

• Supporting administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements

• Handling director disqualification and misfeasance claims

• Asset recovery and cross-border insolvency issues

• Working closely with the wider commercial and litigation teams

There is also the opportunity to get involved in business development and play a key part in the strategic growth of the department.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Business Recovery & Insolvency

• Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters

• Strong commercial acumen and excellent client relationship skills

• A collaborative and proactive approach

• Experience acting for insolvency practitioners is a distinct advantage
