Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role

You'll be managing a comprehensive caseload of commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. Working with businesses, developers, and investors, you'll have the opportunity to handle complex transactions while building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, licences, and property agreements
• Advise on development projects, planning matters, and construction agreements
• Conduct due diligence investigations and property searches
• Manage landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals and rent reviews
• Handle commercial property finance transactions and security documentation
• Provide strategic advice on property portfolio management and investment strategies
• Liaise with surveyors, agents, lenders, and other professional advisors
• Conduct client meetings and provide commercial property guidance
• Manage transaction timelines and ensure smooth completion processes

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience (3+ years PQE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law and practice
• Experience in commercial leasing, acquisitions, and disposals
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Commercial awareness and understanding of property markets
• Ability to manage complex transactions and multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Interest in developing expertise across all commercial property areas
