Location: Leigh-on-Sea Area

Our client, a respected law firm in the Leigh-on-Sea area, is seeking an ambitious litigator to join their established team. You’ll handle a broad mix of commercial and individual matters, enjoy genuine autonomy, and be supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload including landlord & tenant disputes, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation

• Advise and represent both business and private clients

• Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers

• Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve targets and support business development

What We’re Looking For: Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will have:

• Ideally 4 years’+ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive

• Recent, relevant UK litigation experience

• Technical expertise in landlord & tenant, contract disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency

• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills

• A proactive, ethical, and team-oriented approach

• A desire for continuous professional development and career advancement
