Location: London

Salary: £80,000–£150,000 OTE | Uncapped Earnings & Autonomy

The Opportunity

You’ll join a respected, modern legal practice dedicated to empowering consultants with the tools and support to thrive. This is not a traditional law firm role – instead, you’ll have the independence to manage your caseload, grow your client base, and shape your work-life balance, all with the backing of an established brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and represent clients on a broad range of employment law matters (contentious and non-contentious)
  • Manage your own caseload, from instruction to resolution
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, with full autonomy over your practice
  • Collaborate with a network of like-minded consultants and access central resources
  • Uphold the highest standards of client care and professional ethics

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
  • Demonstrable experience in UK employment law, ideally within private practice
  • Proven ability to generate and manage your own client work
  • Strong technical expertise across employment law matters (dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, contracts, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, business development, and client management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
