Salary: £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (Remote, UK)

We are a specialist in legal and accountancy recruitment, who are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing UK-based team. The Opportunity: 

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

  • Manage and grow a specialist desk within the legal or accountancy sector

  • Source, engage, and place top talent with leading UK firms

  • Develop new and existing client relationships through consultative, ethical recruitment

  • Own the full recruitment cycle from business development to offer management

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-integrity culture that puts people first

 

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal or accountancy practice recruitment (UK market)

  • Proven track record of successful placements and billing

  • Strong business development skills and client management experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., REC, CIPD, or equivalent) are advantageous

 

Key Technical Skills & Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the UK legal or accountancy sector

  • Experience using leading recruitment CRMs (e.g., Vincere) and sourcing tools

  • Solid understanding of compliance and best practice in recruitment

  • Confident with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
