Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £50,000-£70,000

About the Role
Join a respected regional law firm with offices across Yorkshire as a Commercial Property Solicitor. You'll manage a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property work with excellent support, clear development prospects, and access to a diverse client base.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality property matters in a modern, flexible working environment with a progressive, tech-enabled approach to legal service delivery.
Your caseload will include:
- Freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals (shops, offices, industrial units, land)
- Negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Corporate support and development-related transactions
- Optional experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements
- Exposure to residential development sites and financing (advantageous)
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in commercial property (PQE band flexible for right candidate)
- Can run files independently but enjoy collaborative teamwork
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working in a largely paperless, tech-forward environment
- Proactive in networking and business development activity
Desirable:
- Experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements
- Exposure to residential development sites and financing
