Location: Gravesend

The Opportunity
Location: Gravesend, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents

Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What We’re Looking For

3–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

UK private practice background

Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
