Are you an accomplished conveyancing professional looking to step up into a senior position?
Our client, a respected law firm in Tonbridge, is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to take on a pivotal role within their established team. You’ll enjoy a high-quality residential caseload, leadership opportunities, and a clear route towards further progression.
The Opportunity
Location: Tonbridge, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary: £55,000–£70,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex residential conveyancing matters

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documentation

Conduct detailed title checks, searches, and due diligence

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What We’re Looking For

6+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

Extensive UK private practice background

Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Track record of client care and business development

Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
