The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties

• Supporting the ongoing development and success of the property department

Candidate Profile: What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential property law

• Extensive experience managing residential conveyancing files within a UK law firm

• Strong technical skills in conveyancing, compliance, and risk management

• Excellent communication, client care, and organisational abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team

Desirable:

• Familiarity with leading case management systems

• Interest in business development and networking
