Family Solicitor (Private Family)

Location: Northwich (Cheshire)

Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (plus bonus)

Experience: Experienced Family Solicitor (private family)

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor who genuinely enjoys private family work and takes real pride in delivering a high standard of client care.

Our client is looking for someone warm, personable and approachable, with the confidence to run their own caseload and the emotional intelligence to support clients through what are often sensitive, high-stakes situations.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage a varied private family caseload, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy

• Private children matters

• Cohabitation agreements

• TOLATA

• Injunctions

• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing a mixed private family caseload

• Confident handling divorce, financial remedy and private children matters

• A calm, professional and client-focused approach

• Warm communication style and strong relationship-building skills

• Ability to take ownership of matters and manage priorities effectively
