Finance Litigation Lawyer

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 + bonus

Experience: 3+ years’ PQE (commercial finance recoveries)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Litigation Lawyer to join our client’s established Creditor Services team in Liverpool.

This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality recoveries caseload for a well-developed portfolio of finance clients and medium to enterprise-grade businesses. You’ll be part of a commercially driven, growing team, with real scope to build client relationships, contribute to team performance, and support junior colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a recoveries caseload from instruction through to conclusion

• Progressing matters efficiently and meeting court and client deadlines

• Providing clear, timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders

• Building strong relationships with existing clients and supporting wider client development

• Working towards agreed financial targets

• Supporting, supervising and developing junior solicitors and paralegals

• Playing an active role in a busy team environment, helping to maintain high standards of client service

What We’re Looking For Essential

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales

• 3+ years’ PQE with experience in commercial finance recovery work

• Strong experience working to court timetables and managing deadlines confidently

• Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills

• A personable, hard-working approach and a strong team ethic
