Are you an experienced property litigation specialist seeking a new challenge with a highly regarded central London firm? Our client is looking for a talented Senior Associate to join their established team, working on high-value, complex property disputes for a diverse client base. About the Role

  • Position: Senior Associate – Property Litigation

  • Location: Central London office, with hybrid working (2–3 days in office per week)

  • Salary: £75,000–£90,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Team: Award-winning property litigation department handling commercial/residential landlord & tenant disputes, boundary issues, leasehold enfranchisement, and real estate litigation

  • Client Base: A mix of private clients, developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on a broad range of property litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes

  • Manage complex cases from instruction through to resolution, including court hearings, mediations, and settlements

  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with minimum 5 years’ PQE in property litigation

  • Proven experience in a recognised UK practice

  • Strong technical knowledge of landlord & tenant law, leasehold disputes, and real estate litigation

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
