Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE)

Location: Romford Area

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000

 

Hybrid Working (2 Days from Home)

 

An established, well-regarded law firm in Romford is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE) due to continued growth. The Opportunity

You will join a friendly, experienced property team handling a broad range of commercial property matters. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can run files with confidence, and wants to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a mixed commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions and related matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with attention to detail
  • Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and other third parties
  • Supporting business development through excellent service and repeat client work

 

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • 4+ years PQE (Commercial Property)
  • Strong UK commercial property experience within a law firm environment
  • Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and deliver a high standard of client care
  • Confident drafting and negotiation skills, with a practical, solutions-focused approach

Technical Experience (Preferred)

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
  • Lease renewals and variations
  • Title investigation and reporting
  • Due diligence and managing transaction timelines
