The firm also works with other accountancy practices and financial services firms, meaning the work is genuinely diverse.
This is a practice built around a simple but clear vision: to be the kind of firm that both clients and colleagues genuinely love being part of. That means proactive service, ongoing training, fair reward, and a team culture that people stay for.

- AAT qualified (or above), or qualified by experience (QBE)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a UK accountancy practice
- Experience with cloud-based accountancy software (Xero, Sage, or similar) preferred
- Comfortable managing a varied workload and supporting across different areas of the business
- Strong attention to detail, well organised, and confident managing deadlines
What’s On Offer
- Salary £35,000 – £42,000 dependent on experience
- Performance-based bonus scheme
- Private health insurance
- Hybrid working available
