Our client, an established and growing London-based law firm, is seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor (3-4 years' PQE) to join its expanding disputes team. The Opportunity
Joining a busy and growing litigation department, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with senior solicitors and partners on more complex matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of civil and property litigation matters
- Conducting litigation from instruction through to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
- Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies
- Attending hearings, mediations and negotiations where appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of client care and case management
- Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and profitably
About You
We are keen to speak with commercially-minded solicitors who enjoy client-facing work and are looking to further develop their litigation career.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 3-4 years' PQE within Litigation
- Strong experience handling civil litigation matters
- Experience in property litigation would be highly advantageous
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Strong client relationship management experience
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development

- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Property possession claims
- Contract disputes
- Debt recovery matters
- Professional negligence claims
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
Performance & Billing Expectations
This role would suit a commercially focused solicitor who is comfortable working within a fee-generating environment.
