Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience)

If you’re an experienced Residential Conveyancer who enjoys running files end-to-end and takes real pride in client care, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, supportive team in Huddersfield.

Our client is expanding and looking for a friendly, proactive conveyancer who can manage a varied residential caseload and build strong relationships with clients and introducers.

You’ll join a welcoming property team with an open-door culture and access to experienced property lawyers for support and guidance. The role offers high-quality work, a sensible environment, and genuine progression as the team continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

• Providing clear, practical advice with a strong focus on client care

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals

• Handling AML and other compliance requirements accurately and consistently

• Working effectively within a busy team, prioritising deadlines and keeping matters moving

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-end

• Strong organisation and communication skills

• Confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment

• A client-first approach and a professional, approachable manner

• Comfortable with AML and compliance processes

• Proactive, enthusiastic and a genuine team player
