Senior Accountant – Wirral / Ellesmere Port – c.£38,000

Are you an experienced Accountant looking for more responsibility, variety, and the chance to expand into Audit?

A well-established and growing Accountancy Practice in the Wirral/Ellesmere Port area is recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors

• Preparing accounts, tax returns, and providing business advice

• Supporting and reviewing work of junior team members

• Building strong client relationships through regular contact

• Option to train in Audit if you want to diversify your skill set

What we're looking for:

• ACA / ACCA qualified/part qualified or qualified by experience

• Strong background in accounts preparation and tax

• Experience working in an accountancy practice

• Confident communicator with a proactive approach

• Keen to develop skills and take on new challenges
