Client Manager – Accountancy Practice (North East Leeds)

Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 (DOE)
Location: North East Leeds, West Yorkshire (Office based with some flexibility)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

A growing accountancy firm just outside Leeds is hiring a Client Manager to lead a diverse portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to their clients. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a firm that values autonomy, quality, and growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a client portfolio across a range of sectors

• Prepare financial and management accounts to a high standard

• Provide proactive advice and support to clients on financial processes

• Lead on cloud-based solutions including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks

• Supervise and develop junior staff

• Work closely with partners to deliver a first-class client experience

What you’ll need:

• ACA / ACCA qualified or QBE with strong practice experience

• Experience managing your own portfolio and developing client relationships

• Proven leadership of junior staff

• A solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail
