Personal Tax Senior – Lincoln

£38,000 – £48,000 depending on experience
Full-time, Permanent | Office based with flexibility

A leading accountancy firm in Lincoln is looking for a Personal Tax Senior to join their growing private tax team.

If you’re confident handling compliance work and enjoy advising clients, this role offers long-term potential.

 

 

What you'll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients independently

  • Advise on IHT, CGT, trusts, allowances, and incorporation work

  • Support the training and development of junior team members

  • Identify risks, spot opportunities, and maximise client performance

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

 

 

You’ll need to have:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualification

  • At least 1 year of post-qualification personal tax experience

  • Experience managing client relationships

  • Good interpersonal and team-working skills

  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
