• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including sales, acquisitions, and commercial leases • Handling landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and development work across varied client base • Acting for clients ranging from SMEs to property developers with high-quality, complex matters • Providing expert, commercially-focused legal advice to valued clients across all property transactions • Playing an active role in business development and networking to enhance department profile • Mentoring and supporting team members, fostering collaboration and excellence culture • Working closely with current partners to shape department and firm's future direction • Leading from the front with inspiring work ethic and demonstrating exceptional legal expertise • Driving growth by actively contributing to building department revenue and reputation • Embracing collaborative, forward-thinking environment as a key cultural figure

 

 

• Qualified Solicitor with minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial property law • Technically excellent with comprehensive understanding of all commercial property aspects • Proven track record managing successful caseload and building strong client relationships • Natural aptitude for business development with desire to grow professional network • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities • Ambitious, proactive, and positive attitude - a leader ready to seize opportunities • Ability to work from Horsham office part-time for team collaboration and visible leadership • Hunger, commercial acumen, and leadership potential for partnership progression
