About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist team in York. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and play a key role in delivering life-changing outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and progress a varied clinical negligence caseload with ongoing supervision

Support senior lawyers on complex, high-value claims

Liaise with clients, medical experts, and professionals to advance cases

Draft legal documents, conduct research, and help shape case strategy

Maintain the highest standards of client care and professionalism
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–3 years PQE)

At least 6 months’ UK clinical negligence experience (including training seat or post-qualification)

Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills

Meticulous attention to detail and a client-centred approach

Genuine interest in clinical negligence with a proactive, team-focused mindset
