About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist team in York. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and play a key role in delivering life-changing outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress a varied clinical negligence caseload with ongoing supervision

  • Support senior lawyers on complex, high-value claims

  • Liaise with clients, medical experts, and professionals to advance cases

  • Draft legal documents, conduct research, and help shape case strategy

  • Maintain the highest standards of client care and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–3 years PQE)

  • At least 6 months’ UK clinical negligence experience (including training seat or post-qualification)

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a client-centred approach

  • Genuine interest in clinical negligence with a proactive, team-focused mindset
