Location: Luton Area 

Salary: c.£48-55k + Hybrid Working

The Opportunity: Employment Law (NQ Solicitor)

Based in the Luton area, you will join a well-established Employment team, working alongside some of the region’s leading specialists.

This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor who wants to develop strong technical expertise while building their own client profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex tribunal cases and advisory work
  • Drafting employment documentation, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
  • Developing your professional profile within the local market

 

Requirements

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ level)
  • Employment Law seat during training contract (or equivalent experience within a UK legal practice)
  • Strong grounding in employment legislation and tribunal practice
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and client-facing skills
  • A proactive, commercially aware approach with a genuine interest in Employment Law
