Senior Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
A well-established and highly regarded Surrey law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior fee earner looking to progress into a leadership position, with a clear succession plan in place for the future.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters while playing a key role in the continued growth and development of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Providing high-quality legal advice and client service
- Developing relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Assisting with business development and departmental growth initiatives
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer status
- Around 5+ years' PQE within residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in progressing into a leadership role
