Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate

Location: Central London

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000+ DOE + Partnership Track

Our client—a dynamic, highly regarded law firm in Central London—is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to play a pivotal role in managing a diverse contentious caseload, driving business growth, and mentoring junior fee earners.

The Opportunity

In this key senior role, you will take ownership of a broad contentious portfolio covering Landlord & Tenant disputes, Family litigation, and Private Client contentious matters. Working alongside established partners, you will serve as a lead advisor to an impressive client base while taking an active role in team supervision, strategy, and business development. Backed by modern practice technology and a collaborative firm culture, this opportunity is ideal for a senior practitioner ready to elevate their leadership profile and progress rapidly toward Partner level.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in litigation within UK private practice.

• Technical Versatility: Proven track record across Landlord & Tenant litigation, Family disputes, and contentious Private Client matters.

• Leadership & Supervision: Strong mentoring skills with a passion for guiding, supervising, and developing junior solicitors and paralegals.

• Client & Commercial Drive: Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills, combined with a proactive approach to building client relationships and driving department revenue.
