Salary: £55,000 - £75,000

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Employment Law Associate to join our dynamic legal team, specializing in strategic workplace solutions and employment law advisory services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Employment Law Advisory:
- Providing strategic advice on employment law issues
- Supporting businesses through workplace challenges
- Advising on employment contracts and policies
- Managing complex employment disputes
- Conducting comprehensive legal assessments
- Dispute Resolution:
- Handling unfair dismissal claims
- Managing discrimination and harassment cases
- Supporting redundancy and restructuring processes
- Negotiating settlement agreements
- Preparing for Employment Tribunal proceedings
- Client Advisory Services:
- Delivering expert guidance to employers
- Providing clear and strategic legal advice
- Managing client expectations
- Developing innovative workplace solutions
- Supporting clients through complex HR challenges
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Interpreting employment legislation
- Ensuring compliance with workplace regulations
- Advising on HR best practices
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Developing comprehensive HR policy frameworks
- Professional Development:
- Contributing to the employment law practice
- Staying updated on emerging employment legislation
- Participating in knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with:
- 2-5 years' post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable expertise in employment law
- Strong track record of client service
- Comprehensive understanding of:
- Employment legislation
- Workplace regulations
- Employment Tribunal procedures
- HR policy development
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage complex employment matters
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple cases
Desirable:
- Additional employment law qualifications
- Experience in specific industry sectors
- Knowledge of international employment standards
