Salary Banding: £45,000 - £65,000 +(dependent on experience)

Role Overview
As an Employment Law Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of employment matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients, including businesses and individuals. Your expertise will play a vital role in guiding clients through complex employment disputes and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in tribunals and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and business development.
