  • Assist with year-end accounts and corporate tax returns, including analysis of tax-sensitive nominals.
  • Deliver cloud accounting projects, including software migrations, health checks, and client training.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge cloud accounting solutions to enhance client service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, building strong client relationships and providing valuable insights.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in accountancy practice, ideally with cloud software exposure.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Dext, and other cloud accounting platforms.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented, and client-focused mindset.

Why Join this Team?

  • Salary: £26,000 - £30,000+, depending on experience.
  • Benefits:
    • 23.5 days holiday + bank holidays, with a Winter Break office closure.
    • Employer pension contribution of 8% and death in service cover (4x salary).
    • Flexible benefits, including a salary sacrifice scheme for extra holidays or an electric car.
    • Hybrid working, dress-for-your-day policy, and dress-down Fridays.
    • Comprehensive training, mentorship, and study support for professional qualifications.
    • Access to well-being resources, including mental health and financial support tools.

Join a vibrant and inclusive firm where your growth and well-being are a top priority.
