Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Contentious Probate) 

Hertford/Hybrid

c.£65,000 DOE

A well-regarded independent law firm, recognised as one of the 'Best Places to Work' , is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity allows you to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you’ll manage a diverse caseload including contentious probate, property litigation, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord-tenant matters. You’ll work with both individual and corporate clients, handling both claimant and defendant cases. Additionally, you’ll play a part in the firm’s business development and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload with a focus on contentious probate and other dispute resolution matters.

• Provide expert advice to clients, navigating complex legal issues.

• Take part in the firm’s business development initiatives.

• Independently handle cases while delivering exceptional client service.

About You:

• 2+ years PQE in contentious probate and dispute resolution.

• Strong experience in managing a caseload and delivering excellent client service.

• A passion for business development and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

• A clean driver’s licence and ability to travel to client meetings when required.
