Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor (2–5 Years PQE)
Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role
You’ll work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters across various sectors, including advising on:

Disciplinary and grievance procedures

Employment tribunal claims
-
Contracts and policy reviews
-
TUPE, redundancies, and reorganisations

Day-to-day HR advisory work
What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering excellent client service and legal advice
-
Accurately recording time and managing WIP effectively
-
Supporting business development and client retention
-
Keeping up to date with employment law developments
-
Taking responsibility for your ongoing personal and professional development
What We’re Looking For
-
2–5 years' PQE in Employment Law
-
Strong communication and client-handling skills
-
Commercially aware with sound financial management
-
Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
-
Friendly, proactive, and aligned with the firm’s values
