Trade Finance Lawyer – 5 Years PQE
Location: London – Hybrid Working
Salary: c.£90,000 – £110,000 + Benefits

Our client, a long-standing, growing law firm in Central London is hiring a Trade Finance Lawyer.

You’ll join a well-established Banking and Finance team with a strong client base across international banks, funds, and corporates.

What you'll do:

• Advise on structured trade finance, receivables finance, and supply chain finance

• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and legal opinions

• Act on both lender and borrower sides

• Support partners on complex, cross-border transactions

• Mentor junior team members and help shape best practice

What we're looking for:

• 5 years PQE (or close to) in trade finance or general banking and finance

• Strong understanding of LMA documentation

• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional deals

• Clear, commercial approach to client service

• Confidence managing files with limited supervision
