Family Law Solicitor (4–6 PQE)
Location: City of London
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

A well-regarded family law practice in the City of London is looking to hire a Family Law Solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE. This is a strong opportunity for someone seeking a clear path to progression in a specialist team with a focus on high-quality, client-led work.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and prenuptial agreements

• Provide commercially aware, solution-focused advice tailored to individual client needs

• Supervise junior team members where appropriate

• Contribute to business development, including networking and relationship-building with clients and referrers

• Maintain strong document management and organisation across all matters

• Keep up to date with developments in family law and apply this knowledge to your work

What You’ll Need

• 4–6 years’ PQE in family law

• Strong experience with complex financial matters and child arrangements

• Confident handling HNW/UHNW and international clients

• Clear, confident communication skills and a client-focused approach

• Able to run and prioritise a busy caseload independently

• Commercially minded and proactive in business development

• Good working knowledge of legal IT systems

• A collaborative, flexible approach to work
