Position: Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ Years PQE)

Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)

Role Overview:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
