Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid Working Available)
Position: Family Law Solicitor (3–6+ Years’ PQE)
Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus & Benefits

We’re working with a top-tier law firm in Leeds that is looking to recruit an experienced Family Law Solicitor with 3–6+ years’ PQE. If you're driven, empathetic, and ready to grow your profile within a supportive and ambitious team, this is your chance to make a real impact.

 

The Role

This is a key mid-level hire, offering a genuine platform to progress within a busy and well-regarded private family law team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a complex and varied caseload including divorce, finances (including HNW), child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements

  • Leading on client matters with autonomy and strategic input

  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

  • Participating in networking and business development initiatives to grow your client base

  • Working closely with Partners on high-value and sensitive cases

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3–6+ years’ PQE in private Family Law

  • Solid experience in divorce, financial remedy, and children matters (private law)

  • Experience working with HNW clients is a plus

  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills

  • Commercially aware with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
