Clinical Negligence Solicitor – NQ to 3 Years PQE
Location: York or Hull (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor (or Legal Executive) to join our specialist team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own varied caseload of clinical negligence files, with ongoing supervision and mentorship

• Assisting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters

• Liaising with clients, medical experts and other professionals to progress cases effectively

• Drafting legal documents, conducting legal research and helping shape case strategies

• Maintaining the highest standards of client care and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–3 PQE) with a genuine interest in clinical negligence

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• IT literacy and attention to detail

• Empathetic, client-focused approach

• A team player who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment
