Commercial Solicitor – Mid to Senior Level
Location: York (non City Centre) | Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £48,000 – £65,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

We’re looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join our growing team in York. Whether you're looking to broaden your experience or take on more autonomy and client contact, this role offers a clear path for progression within a supportive and ambitious firm.

About the Role

You’ll work with a varied and loyal client base including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare professionals, and agricultural businesses. The work is stimulating and wide-ranging, including:

• Business and asset sales/purchases

• Mergers & acquisitions

• Corporate restructuring and succession planning

• Partnership and shareholder agreements

• Investment arrangements and commercial advisory matters

You’ll manage your own caseload with the support of experienced colleagues and enjoy client contact from day one. As your role grows, so too will your involvement in business development and client relationship management.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate/commercial work

• Strong technical grounding across transactional matters

• A professional and commercial mindset with a client-first approach

• Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills

• Ambition to develop long-term client relationships and your own network
