Assistant Personal Tax Manager – Grantham
£45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
Full-time, Permanent | Office-based with some flexibility
A new opportunity has opened in the Grantham office of a growing national accountancy firm. We're looking for an Assistant Personal Tax Manager to help lead client relationships and guide team members.
In this role you will:

Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and trusts

Deliver accurate tax advice and ensure smooth compliance processes

Oversee junior staff, including setting objectives and performance reviews

Support the directors on complex assignments

Contribute to business development initiatives
You should have:
-
ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualification with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience

Experience managing personal tax clients
-
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines

Ability to support team members' growth

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
