Audit & Accounts Senior – Manchester
£38,000 – £45,000 | Full-time | 4-Day Week Option

We’re working with a leading North West accountancy group that’s looking to hire an Audit & Accounts Senior for their Manchester office.

This is a standout opportunity offering the option to work a 4-day week without compromising salary, progression or variety of work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead audits from planning to completion

• Supervise and support junior team members

• Prepare and review accounts for a range of limited companies

• Maintain regular contact with your own portfolio of clients

• Mix of work: 50% audit / 50% accounts preparation

• Responsible for approx. 20 audits – all North West based

• Client base includes SMEs across manufacturing, construction, and recruitment

• Opportunity to support larger audits alongside the wider group

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in UK general practice

• Proven experience leading audits and preparing accounts for SME clients

• ACCA/ACA qualified, finalist, or qualified by experience

• Self-motivated and commercially aware

• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
