Semi Senior Accountant – £25,000 - £35,000

Join a comprehensive financial services group with over 150 employees across 10 offices throughout Yorkshire. This established organisation offers accountancy, financial services, wills & probate, commercial finance, residential mortgages, and corporate finance services.
We're seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join our client's dynamic team. This excellent opportunity offers professional development alongside highly experienced accountants who will support your career growth and provide guidance to reach your full potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with management of a diverse client portfolio
- Preparation of company financial statements
- Preparation of interim management accounts
- Personal tax returns preparation
- Partnership accounts and returns
- Client meetings and director interactions
- Training apprentices
- Company secretarial duties (desirable)
- P11d preparation (desirable)
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years UK accountancy practice experience
- Currently studying AAT or relevant university degree
- Studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification
- Experience with Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, Iris, Sage Business Cloud (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidentiality and strong record-keeping abilities
