Key Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising on commercial leases, acquisitions, and disposals
• Handling landlord and tenant matters
• Providing strategic property advice to business clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
• Excellent client care skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
