Wills and Probate Practitioner – Historic West Yorkshire Firm

Location: Halifax (main base) with travel to Huddersfield & Brighouse
Experience: 3+ Years PQE in Wills & Probate
Salary: Up to £45,000

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a diverse caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Probate matters

• Handling cases from initial client instructions through to completion

• Conducting home visits and building strong client relationships

• Drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Managing estate administration with attention to detail

• Working with a supportive team with extensive knowledge and professional connections

 

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE in Wills & Probate

• Ideally STEP qualified or working towards STEP qualification

• Member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (preferred)

• Strong client care skills and comfort with home visits

• Genuine enthusiasm for private client work

• Ability to handle complex matters with growing responsibility
