Residential Property Conveyancer – Morley, Yorkshire Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

 

Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking to join a well-established legal practice in Morley? We're working with a respected Yorkshire law firm who are seeking a skilled conveyancer to manage their own busy caseload with minimal supervision.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years conveyancing experience to take ownership of their files whilst building and maintaining a strong local client base.

 

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a busy caseload of residential sale and purchase matters

• Handling freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion

• Taking client instructions and providing expert legal advice

• Building and maintaining a solid client base in the local area

• Delivering exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process

• Taking on delegated supervisory responsibilities when required

 

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years experience at a similar conveyancing level

• Sound technical conveyancing knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong client relationship building skills

• Excellent communication skills and customer service approach

• Flexible, 'can do' attitude with ability to work under pressure
