Role- Semi Senior/Senior Accountant

Salary- up to £45,000 (DOE)

Location- Blackburn and Burnley

 

The Opportunity: Join a forward-thinking, leading accountancy practice in Blackburn and Burnley as a Semi Senior/Senior Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with 4+ years practice experience seeking a new challenge and career progression.

 

What We're Looking For: An experienced accountant with strong practice background, ideally ACCA part-qualified or studying, ready to take on varied responsibilities in a supportive, progressive environment.

 

The Role:

• Year-end accounts and financial statement preparation

• Statutory audit work and collaboration with audit teams

• Comprehensive bookkeeping and VAT return preparation

• Regular client interaction and client-site work

• Varied portfolio across multiple sectors and business types

• Hybrid working available after initial training period

• Opportunity to develop audit expertise alongside accounts work
