Litigation Lawyer - Essex & Suffolk Offices

The Role
• Manage your own diverse litigation caseload from inception to conclusion • Handle a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters • Conduct advocacy in courts and tribunals • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on dispute resolution • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal documentation • Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution • Collaborate with barristers and expert witnesses • Maintain detailed case management and billing records • Contribute to business development and client relationship building • Support junior team members where appropriate
