The Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior lawyers on sophisticated commercial property matters, gaining exposure to landmark cases

  • Independently manage files: draft contracts, review titles, and prepare comprehensive client reports

  • Conduct and report on searches (local, index map, and others) ensuring thorough due diligence

  • Oversee exchange of contracts and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

  • Deliver high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to each client’s commercial objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4–5+ years’ PQE in commercial property

  • Proven track record of independently managing complex commercial property transactions within a UK law firm

  • Expertise in drafting, title review, and client reporting

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide strategic, business-focused legal advice

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
